Swan Lake Resort strives to create the perfect place to relax and decompress!
Our collection quality rental homes are all unique in both look and feel
offering high-quality linens & bedding, modern electronics & appliances and contemporary decor. Our vision is
to create a relaxing and harmonious space for people and nature to come
together. Step outside and hear the birds chirping, the frogs croaking and witness the eagle soaring.
Visitors love our leisurely setting and spend time on their decks or exploring the Resort. Many stroll along our nearby hiking trails or fish in our 30 acre lake.
Included with your stay, and at no charge, are bicycles,
kayaks, a pedal boat and other outdoor games for your use.
While Swan Lake has a catch and release policy, powered boats are not permitted.
We are just minutes from the ocean/beach, Casino’s, wineries, boating, golf courses, hiking
trails, national parks and preserve and numerous eateries (and many deliver).
Nearby shopping at Smithville and other local convenience stores are only minutes away.
We are just 15 minutes from the Atlantic City Boardwalk and less then a minute from exit 44 off the Garden State Parkway. Come visit us soon!

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Full refund if cancelled with more than 72 hours notice. If less than 48 hours notice, a 50% refund is given. If less than 24 hr notice, there will be NO refund other than the cleaning fee. Thank you for your cooperation with providing advance notice on cancellations.

We are a quiet low-key community and ask that you respect other neighbors with your noise level.
No more than 6 people max in each rental and only 2 cars permitted. Any additional vehicles will need to park in another designated location.
There is NO SMOKING of any kind in the home.
All rental homes are Pet-Friendly EXCEPT Lake House and Secluded Homes.
Please read our Pet Policies:
>Up to 2 pets under 50 lbs each are welcome free of charge.
>All pets must be on a leash and picked up after while outside. There is a designated dog play area where they can play off leash. They are NOT permitted on the beach or to swim in the lake.
>We kindly ask that you refrain from having your pet on the furniture or bedding as we want to maintain our high standard of cleanliness and continue hosting pets and their families.
There are complimentary kayaks, peddle boat, bicycles and fishing gear for your use. They are located in the shed or dockside. A key to the shed will be with the guide book in the home, The Clubhouse is also open from 9am-4pm Monday-Friday and you are able to use the pool table inside.
